Booking Policies
How booking works
Deposits
Hourly sessions are paid at booking. Day blocks and projects require a 50% deposit to hold the date.
Rescheduling
Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Overtime
Time beyond a booked block is billed at the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.
Travel
Shoots within 50 miles of Olympia include travel. Beyond that, mileage and lodging are quoted separately.
